The house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a seperate games room. Perfect for large families, Multiple families or larger groups. Padstow is the foodie capital of Cornwall and some say the UK. From Fresh seafood landed in the fishing port of Padstow to Michelin stars, Rick Stein to Paul Ainsworh, Padstow has it all in the food department. If you fancy some refreshemnts there's 9 pubs to choose from so you'll be spoilt for choice. If it's beaches that your're after then Rock view is in the perfect location, within 10 minuntes of each of the 7 bays, some of the best beaches in Cornwall.

Bedrooms

With 6 Large bedrooms. large master with a super king size bed and luxury En Suite, Four king size double rooms and a twin room. Each bedroom has drawer storage and large wardrobes & hanging space, with master suite having it's own dressing room. Individually controlled underfloor heating throughout makes the bedrooms sleep sanctuarys.

With 2 En suites, 2 large family bathrooms and a seprate WC all options are catered for. With individually controlled underfloor heating throughout and illuminated mirrors, each bathroom is individually designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Living Space

The Living & Dining area are all open plan in a beautifully presented and relaxing space. The natural light flows in from all sides and it's a great area for relaxing, socialising and watching your favourite box set. With direct access to the large decking area, BBQ and outdoor dining, it's ideal for beakfast at sun rise, lunch in the sun or dinner at sunset.

With 2 built in ovens, multi fuction microwave, Induction hob and large fride the kitchen is perfect to cater for 12. Seperate wine fridge and Dishwasher along with Nespresso coffee machine really make the kitchen area complete. With the breakfast bar there's even space for cheering on the chef's
